The service
PrintHub lets your company send documents to printers at any of its sites. Each company gets its own workspace with its own people, sites, printers and documents. No other company can see them.
Free trial
A new workspace is free for 14 days, with every feature and no card. A few days before the trial ends we issue the first invoice for the plan you chose. If you do not want to continue, simply do not pay it.
Prices and paying
- Plans are paid monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months. Prices are in Kenya shillings and do not include VAT; VAT is added when we are registered for it.
- Each invoice is issued a few days before the period it pays for and is due on the day that period starts.
- You can pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. The payment details are on each invoice and on your workspace's Billing page.
- You can change your plan at any time in your workspace (Admin, Billing). The new price applies from your next invoice.
If an invoice stays unpaid
Seven days after an invoice's due date, printing pauses. You can still sign in, see your history and pay. Nothing is deleted, and printing starts again as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Cancelling
You can stop at any time by telling us. Your workspace closes at the end of the period you have paid for. We delete its data 30 days after that, or straight away if you ask.
Your documents
Documents you send are stored only so that they can be printed, and are deleted after seven days. We do not read, use or share them. Each workspace keeps a record of who printed what, where and when, which your administrators can see.
Personal information
- What we keep: the name, email and phone number of each person in your workspace; sign-in times and addresses; your company's billing details and payments.
- Why: to run your workspace, keep it secure, bill you and contact you about PrintHub.
- Never: we do not sell or share it, except with services we need to run PrintHub (such as hosting and payments).
- Your rights: under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us and we answer within 14 days.
Fair use
Use PrintHub for your company's own documents and keep your sign-ins private. We may pause a workspace that is used to harm others or to attack PrintHub, and will tell you why.
Changes
If we change these terms, we show the new date at the top of this page and tell workspace administrators in advance of any change to what you pay.
